Cervical radiculopathy is when a spinal nerve in your neck becomes pinched, compressed, or inflamed and causes pain down the arm or arms. It can be very painful. There are multiple causes for cervical radiculopathy, including herniated disc, spinal stenosis, and facet arthritis.
